A Southern Bride {Stylized Shoot}

A puppy in a bowtie, and a Southern Belle on a swing?! Yes, please!

I can’t believe I haven’t shared these photos with you yet! Last year I spent an afternoon with gorgeous Ashley, modeling in a Bridal Session for me! I grew up with this gal, and oh my heavens she is beautiful! Thank you SO much for modeling! The shoot took place at the Barn at Chestnut Hill, and sweet Leigh, of Leigh Pearce Weddings helped me cook up this goodness, I couldn’t have done it without you!

Before the shoot, I took Ashley to meet up with Carla White Hair & Makeup, for her amazing skills! We also have to thank Traditions By Anna, in Raleigh NC for the dresses, as well as Sami at Just Priceless for the beautiful bouquet!  I couldn’t do this post without mentioning Ryan of Pecan Pie Puppies for the collar. Y’all seriously go to their Etsy shop, I promise you will find the perfect collar for your sweet pup.   Last, but not least  thanks to my wonderful Ben for managing our at the time sweet (crazy 6 mo. old) little pup Emma, who is dressed up as a boy in the photo! If you all know me, you know I just LOVE this dog!

Luckily enough, my favorite shot was used in my ad for Southern Weddings. Ladies, if you have not checked out this magazine, your planning just won’t be complete without it, I promise! You can order a copy of Southern Weddings V5  here!

So take a look through these images, and just think of that warm weather!(: It’s is much better than the 36 degree weather I just walked Emma in a few minutes ago!

xo!

Becca & Bob: Married! {Charlotte Wedding Photographer}

Oh my goodess these two are just too cute for words! Becca & Bob tied the knot this past fall in Charlotte N.C., and their wedding was just gorgeous!

The Ceremony was held at the Cathedral of Saint Patrick, and afterwards we drove to the Olde Sycamore Golf Plantation (which is such a great venue!). I loved getting to know Bob & Becca, they were so excited throughout the planning process, and Becca actually did most of the details herself, Go girl! This celebration was full of love, happiness and dancing, three of my favorite things!  A big thanks to Katie Dickson, of Katie Dickson Photography, who was second shooting for me, and helped me navigate through crazy Charlotte traffic (thank you for keeping me sane!).

Becca & Bob– Thank you both so much for allowing me to document your wedding day! You two share so much love, and know how to celebrate in style! It was wayy to diffiicult to narrow down to just a few images for this post!

I love love lovee this shot Katie got while the girls were getting the dress of the hanger!
